SEO · Pricing
SEO pricing in Singapore.
What SEO costs with a Singapore studio that publishes its prices: the monthly figure, what it adds up to over the term, and what it does not include. In Singapore dollars, including GST.
The prices
Two prices, no packages.
There is no tiered menu here and nothing you have to enquire about. What moves the figure is how much site there is and how much history it carries, because an older site with years of accumulated pages takes more untangling before anything can move.
Small and new sites
Under roughly 1,000 organic visits a month, or launched in the last couple of years
- Technical foundation, Core Web Vitals and schema
- Keyword research mapped to the pages that should answer it
- Google Business Profile and local citations
- On-page copy rewritten as needed, plus one new article a month
- Search Console reporting every month, in plain language
Medium and aged sites
Roughly 1,000 organic visits a month or more, or three years and older
- The same work, across more pages and more history
- On-page copy rewritten as needed, plus two new articles a month
- Priced for the untangling an older site needs before it can move
Both prices are per month, in Singapore dollars, including GST, on a 12-month term. The method behind them is published in full on the SEO page. What follows is the rest of the arithmetic: what the term adds up to.
The term, added up
One number a month is not the cost. Twelve of them are.
A 12-month term means the real commitment is the year, so here it is in the open, done with the two prices above.
The first quarter of the term goes on the foundation: fixing what is holding the site back and preparing it for the search work proper. On the smaller plan that quarter is S$3,270 of the S$13,080; on the larger one, S$6,540 of the S$26,160. Signs of improvement usually show three to six months after that work begins, which is why the term is a year and not a quarter. Every figure includes GST.
Inside the retainer
Where a month of the money goes.
The same four kinds of work every month, weighted to what the site needs most at that point in the term.
The technical foundation
Crawlability, site structure, page speed and Core Web Vitals, titles and metadata, schema. Content cannot rank on a site search engines struggle to read, so this is where the term starts and usually where the quickest gains are.
Keyword research, mapped to pages
What your customers actually type, checked against real search volume and competition rather than guesswork, then mapped to the pages that should answer each question.
Content, written and rewritten
Rewriting the copy on pages you already have is part of the work and is not counted or capped. New articles are included at one a month on the smaller plan and two on the larger one. Heavier publishing than that is quoted separately.
Google Business Profile and local citations
The map pack runs on your Business Profile rather than your website, so it is worked on alongside the site instead of being left out of scope.
A report you can read
Search Console positions, impressions and the queries you are actually being found for, reported in plain language every month. What moved, what did not, and what we are changing next.
Which price applies
A rule of thumb, not a rigid rule.
Under roughly 1,000 organic visits a month, or launched in the last couple of years, and you are a small site at S$1,090. Roughly 1,000 visits or more, or three years and older, and you are a medium one at S$2,180. The brackets exist because site size and site history are what move the workload, and they are deliberately rough.
If you are not sure which side you fall on, do not guess: send us the address and we will tell you which one applies, and why.
Not in the price
Costs that are real, and are separate.
Easier to read here than to discover later.
Publishing beyond the included articles
One new article a month is in the smaller plan and two in the larger one. If you want to publish more heavily than that, we quote the extra separately instead of pretending it fits inside the retainer.
Link building
Not sold here, as the SEO page says plainly. If you already work with us and want to pursue it, we are glad to talk it through and help you judge whether it is worth doing.
Advertising
Ads are a budget you set with the platform, not a line inside a retainer. If you need customers this quarter, ads will get there faster than search work and we will tell you so.
A site that needs rebuilding
SEO assumes there is a site worth optimising. Sometimes the honest first step is a rebuild instead, and when that is true we say so. That work has its own published prices on the website design cost page.
Day-to-day maintenance
Updates, backups, hosting and monitoring are their own monthly plan, Website Care, with its own published price. A search retainer is search work.
Before you compare quotes
Five things any SEO quote should answer.
Two quotes are only comparable when they answer the same questions. These are the ones that change the total, with our answers on the record.
What the term adds up to
A monthly figure on its own hides the commitment. Multiply it by the term before you compare anything. Ours is in the table above: S$13,080 or S$26,160 over twelve months.
What content is included, and where the cap sits
Ours includes on-page rewriting without a cap, and new articles at one or two a month depending on the plan, with anything heavier quoted separately.
What the report shows
A report should show positions, impressions and the queries the site is actually found for, in language you do not need translating. We report monthly, from Search Console, and say what we are changing next.
Who does the work
Ask whether the person reporting to you is the person doing the work. Here it is: there is no account manager relaying messages, and the person who reports on your search performance is the person who changed the pages.
What is promised
Organic positions are not for sale and nobody controls Google’s results, so a guaranteed ranking is not a promise we make. What we commit to is the work: the foundation fixed, the right questions answered, and a report each month showing exactly what moved.
Common questions
SEO costs, answered plainly.
How much does SEO cost in Singapore?
With us, S$1,090 a month for a small or new site and S$2,180 a month for a medium or aged one, on a 12-month term, including GST. That is S$13,080 or S$26,160 over the term. Any quote moves with scope, which is why comparing quotes question by question matters more than any single number.
Do you sell SEO packages?
No. There are two published prices, and the difference between them is the size and history of the site rather than a menu of inclusions. What every retainer covers is on this page, and the method behind it is on the SEO page.
What decides whether I pay S$1,090 or S$2,180?
Size and history. Under roughly 1,000 organic visits a month, or launched in the last couple of years, is the smaller plan. Roughly 1,000 or more, or three years and older, is the larger one. It is a rule of thumb, and deliberately so: send us the address and we will tell you which applies.
Why is there a 12-month term?
Because search is slow work. The first quarter goes on the foundation, and signs of improvement usually show three to six months after that work begins. A shorter commitment would not give the work long enough to show, which is why the term is a year.
Is content writing included in the price?
Within limits, yes. Rewriting the copy on pages you already have is part of the work and is not counted or capped. New articles are included at one a month on the smaller plan and two on the larger one, and heavier publishing is quoted separately.
Is link building included?
No. We do not sell link building as a service of our own. If you already work with us and want to pursue it, we are glad to talk it through and help you judge whether it is worth doing.
Do you guarantee a ranking?
No, and neither can anyone else. Organic positions are not for sale and nobody controls Google’s results. What we commit to is the work: the foundation fixed, the right questions answered, and a report each month showing exactly what moved.
Do your prices include GST?
Yes. Every figure on this page includes GST, and any quote we send shows the same GST-inclusive total. That is the number you pay.

Tell us your site and the customers you want. We will say which price applies, what the first quarter would involve, and whether search is even the right channel for what you sell. If it is not, we will say that instead.
