The checks
What we look at.
Everything below is checked from the outside, against the site your visitors actually see. We do not need your passwords, your hosting login or anything installed.
Your website
- Speed and Core Web Vitals: how fast pages load and settle on a phone
- Mobile experience: whether the site reads and works at phone widths
- Search basics: titles, descriptions, headings, and whether Google can crawl and index what matters
- Accessibility basics: contrast, labels, and whether the site works from a keyboard
- Security hygiene: HTTPS done properly, and software versions old enough to see from outside
Beyond the website
- Your Google Business Profile, if you have one: categories, hours, reviews and the fields that count most toward whether you appear in the map results
- Whether your pages answer the questions your customers actually type
- How your business shows up when an AI tool is asked about what you sell
What you get
A short note, not a scored printout.
What comes back is a note someone wrote after reading your site, not a machine export with a grade on the cover. It leads with the three things we would fix first and why they matter to your business, in plain English, by email or WhatsApp. Where a fix is something you or whoever cares for your site can do without us, the note says so. The note is yours to keep, to act on, or to hand to someone else entirely.

We read the site
First as a customer would, on a phone. Then the checks above, from outside, the same way we test our own builds before they launch.
You get the note
Within five working days. Three fixes first, the rest after, each with the reason it matters. No jargon without a translation next to it.
You decide
Fix things yourself, hand the note to whoever looks after your site, or ask us to help. We send the note and then leave you alone: no follow-up calls unless you ask for one.

Is it really free? What is the catch?
It is free, and the commercial logic is simple enough to say out loud: the bet is that some businesses that get a note will ask us to do the work, and that pays for the hours the audits take. Whether yours ever does is entirely up to you. There is no invoice, no trial that converts into anything, and no obligation attached to the note.
What do you need from me?
Your web address and a way to send you the note, email or WhatsApp. That is all. Every check runs against the public site, so we never need admin access, hosting logins or anything installed.
How long does it take?
The note arrives within five working days of you sending the address. If we ever cannot meet that, we say so when you write in rather than after.
Who is this for?
Small and medium businesses in Singapore with a site already live. If your site is not something we can usefully audit, we say so upfront instead of sending a note padded to look useful.
What happens after I get the note?
Whatever you decide. Some fixes will be things you can do yourself, and the note marks them. For the rest, our Website Care, SEO and web design pages publish what we charge, so you can put a price on the help before you ever talk to us.
Will you call me or add me to a mailing list?
No. You get the note, and the conversation continues only if you continue it. No follow-up calls unless you ask, and we will not add you to a mailing list.
