The upkeep that keeps a site out of trouble.
An unmaintained WordPress site does not fail loudly. Plugins fall one version behind, then five. The PHP underneath ages out of support. Nobody notices until the day it is a white screen, a defaced homepage, or a contact form that stopped sending weeks ago. The plan exists so none of that gets its chance.
WordPress and plugin updates
Core and plugins updated monthly, on a schedule. Critical security releases do not wait for the schedule: they go on as soon as they are out.
Daily backups, 30 days deep
A full copy of the site every day, kept for 30 days. Whatever goes wrong, there is a clean version from before it went wrong.
Daily malware scans
The site is scanned for malware and injected code every day, so a compromise is something we catch, not something a customer reports.
Uptime monitoring
Monitored continuously. If the site goes down, we hear it from the monitor, not from you.
Hosting management
We run the hosting side: the environment, the housekeeping, the server details that never reach your to-do list because they are already on ours. The hosting fee itself stays separate.
Premium plugins, covered
If your site uses paid plugins from our stack, they are covered under our own subscriptions. The licences and renewals stop being your bill.

Two prices. The whole plan in both.
There are no tiers with features held back and no add-ons that appear at invoice time. Every site on the plan gets everything above. The price depends on one thing only: whether the site sells.

Both prices are per site, per month, in Singapore dollars, on a 12-month term. Hosting is the one thing the fee does not cover: we manage it, but the hosting bill stays separate. Not sure which side your site falls on? Send us the address and we will tell you.

We are a Singapore studio. We design and build WordPress sites, and we have run SMB IT since 2008, so the person looking after your site knows the stack already, not a ticket queue meeting it for the first time.
Care is not a side product bolted onto something else. Our services page says a site is a tenancy, not a launch; this plan is that sentence with a schedule attached.

The things people ask before signing up.
Do you only maintain WordPress websites?
Yes. The plan is built around WordPress: its update cycle, its plugin economy, its particular ways of breaking. Staying narrow is what lets the coverage go deep.
How quickly do security updates go on?
Routine updates run monthly. A critical security release goes on as soon as it is available; those never sit waiting for the calendar.
What can you restore if something goes wrong?
Backups run daily and are kept for 30 days, so the site can go back to any day in the last month. In practice the daily malware scan tends to catch trouble long before the clean copies run out.
Do I need my own licences for the paid plugins?
Not if they are in our stack. We cover those under our own subscriptions as part of the plan, and the renewals are ours to remember. We do not publish the list of what we license, so we will tell you which of your plugins that covers once we have assessed your site for the plan.
Can you take on a site someone else built?
Yes, once we have assessed it. We look at how the site was put together and what condition it is in, then tell you whether it can go on the plan as it stands or needs work first. We would rather say that up front than inherit a site and discover it a month later.
